Sausage pasta with poached eggs

500 g „Gyermelyi 4-Egg” Makaroni, 200 g meaty bacon, 200 g lightly smoked sausages, 6 green onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of rough cutted parsley, 30 ml cream, 4 Gyermelyi fresh eggs, Hot peppers (if applicable), Salt, ground black pepper, some vinegar
Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut the bacon into stripes, and the sausage into half circles. Boil some water with vinegar for the eggs. Render the bacon on lambent temperature, then drop the sausage in and lightly frizzle them together. Add the rough cutted green onions, the rasped garlic, hot peppers, twist them together for a minute, then pour on the cream. When it starts to boil, season with salt, black pepper, parsley and take off. Put the pasta in hot boiling water and stir until it becomes al dente. Crack the eggs into the boiling pickle and cook them for 3 minutes. When the yolk is still soft take them out and put into hot salty water. Mix up the ready-cooked pasta with the sausage & bacon sauce, pour some from the pasta-cooking-water to them in order to get it juicy enough. Serve it on a plate, put a poached egg on the top of each.
