Gyermelyi Pizza Flour differs from other commonly used flours in its nutritional content and granule size as a result of a careful milling process and repeated sifting. The light colour of the product is due to the low ash content, and it is characterised by high quality wheat gluten. The dough made with Gyermelyi Pizza Flour can be stretched easily and well, which is essential when making pizza.
In addition, our pizza flour is an excellent base for traditional flat bread and other Italian-style pastries.

The corrective quality winter wheat varieties are bred by the Martonvásár Research Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Science, the seeds are propagated on our own land, processed and metal sealed in our seed factory.
