The 1 kg and 2 kg plain flour products have a wide range of uses. High quality Gyermelyi plain flour, with a much higher wheat gluten content than the required minimum at 30%, is recommended primarily for making lower fat products such as bread, bread rolls, pizza or strudel.

The corrective quality winter wheat varieties are bred by the Martonvásár Research Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Science, the seeds are propagated on our own land, processed and metal sealed in our seed factory.
