Data Management Related to Website Visits

Newsletter

When selecting the “Subscribe to Newsletter” option on the Website and accepting this Privacy Policy, the Company is entitled to process and record the name and email address of the data subject for the purposes of direct communication, business acquisition, market research, business communication, sending electronic advertisements, and job offers. The data subject can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the “Unsubscribe” function at the bottom of the newsletter email, after which the Company will cease sending communications under this section.

  1. The career page of gyermelyi.hu is operated by Gyermelyi Zrt. and the companies of the Gyermelyi Group. They hereby inform visitors (hereinafter: Users) about the handling of personal data, users’ rights, and how those rights can be exercised.

The purpose of processing personal data is to allow users to apply for advertised job positions within the Gyermelyi Group and to enter applicants into a candidate database for future job opportunities. Data is used strictly for recruitment and selection for internal job openings. The Group may use anonymized data for reports and job application statistics. Marketing and advertising use of data is strictly prohibited. Data access is limited to HR and IT staff and hiring managers within the Group. All involved are bound by confidentiality.

    4. Personal data will not be shared with third parties outside the Group, except where required by law. Each data request is examined for legal grounds before forwarding.

    • Personal identifiers, address, phone number
    • Education, training, work experience
    • Uploaded attachments (e.g., CV, motivation letter, certificates, transcripts)

    8. Data retention period: Job applicants’ personal data is retained in the applicant database for two years. After this period, a confirmation email will be sent to update the data. If no response is received within one month, the data will be deleted.

    Sending Messages, Emails

    1. If you contact the Company using the mailing address, email address, phone number, or contact box provided on the Website, you consent to the processing of any personal data included in your message for the purpose relevant to its content (e.g., complaint, inquiry, suggestion, etc.).

    2. If you contact the Company through the contact box option, you agree to the processing of any personal data provided in the message, including your name, email address, and phone number. Customer Service may contact you via email or phone.
