The durum wheat, which clearly defines the product, is controlled from the seed stage and the milling is carried out in our own mill, guaranteeing excellent quality. The name Vita Pasta refers to a light-tasting, highly water-absorbent – and therefore economical – Italian-style pasta. Tasty, firm and springy, durum pasta is an important and delicious part of a cholesterol-free diet.
